└The Inbox comes with every connected account, no add-on to buy. Reading, comments and reviews are unmetered. Sending is free up to 10,000 messages a month, then $1 per 10,000 ($0.0001 each).

Which platforms for comments?

└Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, X/Twitter, Reddit, Bluesky, and TikTok. LinkedIn requires an organization (Company Page) account, and TikTok requires an account connected through the TikTok for Business app.

Which platforms for DMs?

└Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Reddit, Slack, and SMS.

Can I manage reviews?

└Yes. Facebook page reviews and Google Business reviews.

Do I need to reconnect accounts?

└Some platforms need additional OAuth scopes for inbox features.

Can I manage TikTok comments?

└Yes, on accounts connected through the TikTok for Business app, which every new TikTok connection uses: read, reply, hide, pin, like and delete, on personal accounts too. An account connected earlier through the TikTok developer app needs one reconnect first. TikTok DMs need more: a TikTok Business Account signed up outside the EEA, Switzerland and the UK.

How do webhooks work?
