What the YouTube tools won't do
Set by the platform's own API rules, or left out of Zernio on purpose.
Your channels only
Transcripts and analytics cover channels you connect. The agent can't fetch transcripts of other people's videos.
Scheduled means private first
A scheduled video uploads to YouTube right away as private, and YouTube makes it public at the time you set.
Title and description length
Titles up to 100 characters, descriptions up to 5,000. Custom thumbnails work on regular videos, not Shorts.
YouTube quota
Some calls spend YouTube API quota: adding a video to a playlist or liking one costs 50 units each.
Captions take a while
YouTube publishes auto-generated captions a few hours after upload, and only for videos with recognisable speech.
The MCP server is free. You pay for API usage.
