Limits

What the LinkedIn tools won't do

Set by the platform's own API rules, or left out of Zernio on purpose.

No DMs

LinkedIn's API gives third-party apps no access to messaging, so the agent can't read or send LinkedIn messages.

No scraping

Zernio doesn't pull profiles, leads, jobs or other people's feeds.

Person mentions need a page

Tagging a person requires the account to admin at least one company page. Company mentions work from any account.

Profile stats cover Zernio posts

For personal profiles LinkedIn only returns stats on posts published through Zernio. Company pages report every post.

Media per post

Up to 20 images, or one video, or one PDF up to 100 MB. A poll can't carry media.

Audience targeting is for pages

Only company page posts can target an audience, and LinkedIn wants that audience above 300 members.
