What the Instagram tools won't do
Set by the platform's own API rules, or left out of Zernio on purpose.
Business or Creator accounts
Instagram's API doesn't serve personal accounts. Switching the account type is free in the Instagram app.
A daily publishing cap
Instagram limits posts per account over a rolling 24 hours. The agent can read the remaining quota before it publishes.
The DM window
DM replies must go out within 24 hours of the person's last message, or 7 days with the human agent tag.
One private reply per comment
Instagram allows a single private reply to each comment, within 7 days of it.
Stories need media
A story carries no caption, location or comments, only the image or video.
Your own accounts
Zernio doesn't scrape other people's profiles, followers or posts.
The MCP server is free. You pay for API usage.
Tool calls bill like the API requests behind them.
Each Instagram account counts as one connected account. The first 2 connected accounts are free, then $6 per account a month, falling to $1 as you add more.
The first 10,000 messages you send each month are free, then $1 per 10,000. Comments and comment replies are free.
