- What's the pricing structure?
- └Custom per-account rates negotiated to your usage and scale. Most enterprise contracts include volume-based discounts on the public ladder. We work in Metronome on the backend, so any structure is technically possible (flat-fee tiers, hybrid usage, dedicated capacity, etc.).
- How does payment work?
- └Postpaid invoicing. Net-30 by default; net-60 available on request for established customers. Card on file or wire, whichever your AP team prefers.
- Where is data stored?
- └Primary infrastructure is in the US (Vercel and MongoDB Atlas).
- Do you have a SOC 2 report and GDPR documentation?
