Zernio now runs Reddit Ads and manages Shopify and WooCommerce stores through one Commerce API. This week also brought Ana, our support agent, into the API, profiles that hold as many accounts as you need, and Zernio as an official plugin in ChatGPT.

New ad network: Reddit Ads
You can now run Reddit Ads through Zernio, next to Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X and OpenAI.
Create image, video, carousel and text ads, or promote an existing Reddit post and keep its votes and comments. Target by subreddit or conversation keywords, track impressions, clicks and spend per day, and send server-side conversion events to a Reddit pixel.
One thing to set up first: every Reddit ad needs a pixel on the ad account. Create one in Reddit Ads Manager before you create your first ad.
Ask Ana from your code
Ana, the Zernio support agent, is now available through the API. Your code can ask her why a post failed or what's wrong with an account, and the answer comes back by webhook, usually within one to three minutes.
Use it to show your users why a post failed instead of a raw platform error, add a help button to your own product, or give your AI agent someone to ask when it gets stuck.
You pay per question, usually $0.10 to $0.50. Each question is capped at $3 by default, and failed questions cost nothing.
Commerce API for Shopify and WooCommerce
You can now manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores through the Zernio API: create and edit products, update prices and stock, and run discounts. Write the integration once and it works on both platforms.
You can also keep a Meta product catalog in sync with the store for catalog ads. When a product changes, the catalog updates within minutes.

Profiles can now hold multiple accounts
A profile is a folder for connected accounts in Zernio, and most of you use one profile per client or brand. Until now, a profile could hold only one account per platform, so a client with three Instagram accounts needed three profiles.
That limit is gone, and profiles are now optional. Connect as many accounts of each platform as you need. Your current setup keeps working as it is.
Zernio in ChatGPT
Zernio is now an official plugin in ChatGPT. The MCP server hasn't changed, but you no longer need to set it up as a custom connector. Find Zernio in ChatGPT's plugin directory, click install and sign in with your Zernio account.
Built on Zernio: MoFlo
MoFlo automates marketing for small local businesses. They moved from Ayrshare to Zernio so their customers could connect social accounts inside MoFlo, fully white-labeled.
Two of their products now run on Zernio, with 5k posts published and 9k conversations handled a month.
