Zernio now sends RCS messages and brands your outbound calls, so people see your business name and logo before they read or answer. This week also brought one API for every ad pixel, a free iMessage sandbox, shorter OAuth consent screens, and Zernio as a verified connector in Claude. And we're in San Francisco this month.
Here's what shipped.
New channel: RCS
You can now send RCS messages through Zernio. RCS is the upgrade to SMS, built into Google Messages and iPhone Messages (iOS 18+).

Your messages come from your verified brand, with your name and logo, instead of a phone number. You can send rich cards, carousels and buttons. Replies land in the same inbox, and phones without RCS can get the message as plain SMS.
RCS is available in 19 countries, including the US, UK, Germany, France, India and Brazil. Carriers approve your sender first, which takes 4 to 6 weeks in the US.
Free iMessage sandbox
Try iMessage before paying for a sender. Add your own phone number or Apple ID and text our shared sandbox line. Your messages land in your inbox and fire your webhooks exactly as they would on your own sender.
It's free, and it's the quickest way to check your integration and latency.
Branded calling
Outbound calls from your US numbers can now carry your business name, logo and reason for calling, so people know who's calling before they answer. Once your numbers are attached, you place calls exactly as before, and calls from SIP trunks are branded too.

Pricing is $100 per caller identity per month, plus $0.10 per branded call. Your business must be registered in the US or Canada.
Read the branded calling documentation.
One API for every ad pixel
If your product works with ads, you'd normally integrate each platform's pixel separately. Zernio now gives you one API for Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and OpenAI pixels: create them, read their stats and manage conversion events.

You can also install them on a connected Shopify store or WordPress site without editing the theme or code.
Control permissions during OAuth
You can now limit the OAuth request to the areas your product uses: posting, analytics, comments, messaging or ads. Your users see a shorter consent screen with only those permissions.
Stop building social integrations from scratch.
One API call to publish, schedule, and manage posts across 17 platforms.
Zernio in Claude's connector list
Zernio is now a verified connector in Claude. The MCP server and its 490+ tools haven't changed, but you no longer need to set it up as a custom connector. Pick Zernio from Claude's list of connectors and sign in.
Report bugs and requests from your code
Agents are becoming active users of the Zernio API. Now, when one hits something that looks like our bug or needs something the API doesn't do yet, it can send a structured report straight to us.
Built on Zernio: Readdy
Readdy is a website builder that also turns a customer's website into a week of social posts. With Zernio, its customers connect their social accounts, then schedule and track those posts without leaving Readdy.

The first working version took about a week to build, and their customers have published 15,042 posts through it so far.
See you at Resend Forward
We're sponsoring Resend Forward, a one-day conference for builders on October 21 at the SFJAZZ Center in San Francisco. If you're going, come say hi.

It falls in the middle of our San Francisco trip (October 12 to 25), so if another day works better, message us on X or LinkedIn.
