You can now brand the screens your users see while they connect an account. This week HubSpot also started syncing your inbox, Wix and Webflow joined the Blogs API, the Commerce API now reads orders, Instagram got four new endpoints, and you can preview your media before it's published.
Here's what shipped.
New platform: HubSpot for inbox sync
HubSpot is now a Zernio integration, and it plugs straight into your inbox. Connect it, and every message your inbox sends or receives lands on the right contact's HubSpot timeline. Zernio matches each person by email or phone number, and creates a new contact when there's no match.

With workflows, you can create or update a HubSpot contact at any step. For example, after a qualifying question, add the lead to HubSpot with the answer they gave.
Two new platforms in the Blogs API
We added Wix and Webflow to the Blogs API. Connect a site, and you can create, update and delete its blog posts or save them as drafts. Wix posts can also be scheduled.

Both platforms also support tracking pixels. You can install an ad platform's pixel or site tag on a connected site without touching its code.

New Instagram endpoints
We went deeper on Instagram this week, with four new endpoints:
- Posts you're tagged in: see the posts other accounts tagged you in, so you can catch UGC and mentions.
- Collaborator status: see who you invited as a collaborator on your posts, and whether they've accepted or are still pending.
- Live broadcasts: check whether an account is live right now.
- Richer DMs: share one of your published posts in a conversation, or send a heart sticker. Each one goes as its own message.
Orders in the Commerce API
You can now list and fetch orders from a connected Shopify or WooCommerce store, with line items, discounts, tax, shipping, payment status and refunds. Webhooks fire when an order is created, updated or refunded, so you don't have to poll the store.
That's what makes post-purchase automation possible: shipping updates, follow-ups and fulfilment syncing.
Stop building social integrations from scratch.
One API call to publish, schedule, and manage posts across 16 platforms.
White-label Connect screens
You can now customize the screens your users see while they connect an account. Add your name and logo, and users see your brand before the platform's own consent screen. Save it once for the whole workspace, and it works across every connect flow.

Preview media before publishing
Zernio used to adapt your images and videos to each platform's rules behind the scenes, so you only saw the result once the post was live. Now you can run the same processing yourself and check the prepared file before publishing.
For example, you can see how a wide video gets reframed for Facebook Stories. If a file already meets the rules, you get your original back.
From the team: we're now vlogging
We're in San Francisco for a few weeks, running events and meeting people. Carlos just started a YouTube channel vlogging our days together in the city. If you've ever wondered what building Zernio looks like up close, this is it.
