May's updates focused on what happens around a post or an ad: collecting leads, understanding performance, starting conversations, and managing business locations.
We also completed SOC 2 Type II certification. Here's what changed for developers building on Zernio.
Meta Lead Gen, from form to webhook
You can now manage Meta Instant Forms and retrieve submitted leads through the Ads API. A new lead.received webhook pushes submissions to your application as they arrive.
This lets you build the full lead flow in your own product: create a form, collect responses, and send them to a CRM or an internal workflow without polling for every submission.
More targeting options and longer analytics history
Ad targeting gained options for zip codes, city radiuses, income tiers, interests, and behaviors across supported Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Pinterest integrations. You can estimate audience reach and save targeting presets for reuse across campaigns.
Ad analytics now reach back 730 days, up from 90. Older date ranges are fetched from the ad platform on demand and cached, so reporting can cover a longer period without changing integrations.
Google Business location verification
New endpoints support location verification by SMS, phone call, email, or postcard. Your application can guide a business through verification without sending the whole process back to Google's interface.
We also added support for posting and managing owner replies on Google Business reviews. Read the Google Business documentation.
Stop building social integrations from scratch.
One API call to publish, schedule, and manage posts across 15+ platforms.
Start new DM conversations
The inbox can now open conversations on X, Bluesky, Reddit, and WhatsApp, in addition to replying to existing threads.
Comment-to-DM automations also support account-wide rules and up to three inline buttons. A reply can point to a URL, trigger a postback action, or offer a phone call.
Instagram Stories and Reels insights
You can retrieve active Instagram Stories and their insights, including reach, replies, shares, forward and back taps, exits, profile visits, and follows.
For Reels, PostAnalytics now reports average and total watch time. These additions help separate how often content was seen from how people actually engaged with it.
SOC 2 Type II
Zernio is SOC 2 Type II certified. Teams evaluating Zernio for a security review can find the supporting documentation in our Trust Portal.
