Method
How it's priced
- Pay-as-you-go list prices. No volume discounts.
- Twilio: its pricing CSVs and pages, read 25 September 2026.
- Zernio: the rates it bills from.
- US texts include T-Mobile's carrier fee. Zernio doubles it: ($0.004 + $0.0045) × 2 = $0.017.
- Calls out are priced to mobiles, and in the EU at Twilio's rate for an EU caller ID.
- Zernio has one call rate per country, in or out.
- Meta's WhatsApp fees match on both, so they're left out.
- US 10DLC setup: Zernio $9, Twilio $19.50 to $61. Not in the monthly total.
- Where a side publishes no price, that line stays out of its total.
